About The Opportunity
Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital is searching for an energetic and forward thinking Supply Manager to provide procurement direction and leadership to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a hospital that values innovation, quality, and people.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the efficient purchasing of goods, services, and equipment
Ensure the hospital's needs are met with exceptional value, quality, and service
Lead best practice receiving, storage, and distribution of general and medical supplies
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the hospital
Guide and support a small, dedicated supply team
We're looking for a proactive leader who thrives on analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement—someone who wants to contribute to a high performing, patient focused organisation.
Your Skills And Experience
You will bring proven experience managing supply networks, ideally within a hospital or medical environment. You're a confident communicator, highly organised, and process driven, with a meticulous eye for detail.
Additionally, you bring:
Logistics or supply related qualifications (desirable)
Experience in a hospital supply environment (desirable)
Training or qualifications in Purchasing or SAP (desirable)
Previous experience in supply or purchasing roles
Proficiency with SAP or other computerised inventory systems
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
