Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Bundaberg, QLD, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, meeting with potential buyers and sellers, hosting inspections, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as staying updated on market trends, will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Holds a valid Real Estate License
* Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
* Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively manage client relationships and close deals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to succeed in a hybrid work environment
* Understanding of the local Bundaberg real estate market is preferred
