BTR Excavations is a well-established Civil Construction company in Adelaide North, with over 25 years in the Civil Construction industry. Due to growth in our company, BTR are seeking experienced full-time Bitumen Labourers to join our team.
To be successful for this role you will need to have the following:
* Experience in Bitumen and/or asphalt works
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Current MR license or above
* A strong commitment to safety
* Ability to work in a physically demanding role
* Fit and able to carry out manual labour
* Ability to work overtime, weekends or nights when required
* Able to work as part of a team
* Must be able to pass a D&A / pre employment medical
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
* Carry out bitumen & asphalt labouring duties — raking, rolling, shovelling, paving, Spreading, potholes etc.
* Operate and assist with equipment (rollers, pavers, trucks).
* General labouring duties and heavy lifting as required
* Ability to climb in and out of trenches
* Loading/unloading equipment
* Maintaining and cleaning the work site
* Job security - ongoing work
* Weekly phone allowance
* Immediate start
* Start and finish in Waterloo Corner daily, so ideally you will be living in the Northern Area for your convenience.
