The Junior Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Thales Critical Support Services team to identify opportunities to improve the detection and collection of relevant data, and operate Thales Intelligence Centre tools and platforms.
The Junior Intelligence Analyst is skilled in the tactics, techniques and procedures associated with operating in a managed-attribution environment and will provide feedback on collection plans and analytical frameworks.
**KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a Junior Intelligence Analyst, you are accountable for:
- Independently undertaking simple collection and analysis activities.
- Authoring intelligence products and briefings.
- Undertaking discrete continuous improvement projects in coordination with other team members.
- Monitoring the open source information environment for changes.
- Participating in customer engagement activities as an advocate for the Thales Intelligence Centre.
- Championing the values of the Thales Intelligence Centre.
**KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
- Technically literate with a sound knowledge of open source technologies.
- Undergraduate qualifications in Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Computer Technology, Law, International Relations, or similar disciplines.
- Understanding of national security legislation and compliance regimes.
