Trader House is a collective of restaurants, bars, and retail stores in Melbourne, led by chef Andrew McConnell and photographer Jo McGann. Our venues include Gimlet, Apollo Inn, Cutler, Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Marion, Builders Arms Hotel, Bar Miette, Meatsmith, and Morning Market.

We are looking for experienced industry professionals for management roles, from Restaurant Supervisors to Venue Managers. These leaders will help drive our businesses, train and develop teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have successful venue management experience and seek to lead creatively, compassionately, and decisively. Key qualities include strong leadership, strategic training and recruitment, financial acumen, and delivering top-tier food and beverage programs.
