Business Growth Specialist Role
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead follow-up in the road transport trailer manufacturing sector.
* Understand client needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions aligned with industry-leading products.
* BUILD strong relationships with clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
* Assist in the development of new products and models within our product range.
* Licence and assist clients with permit requirements.
* Hand over and deliver new trailers and maintain customer relationships.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines and industry trends, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products to clients.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position our offerings strategically and capture new markets.
* Relevant trade or Engineering background, and/or degree or diploma in Business Management.
* 5 years of transportation experience, preferably in sales or business development.
* Experience selling capital equipment in a business-to-business environment.
