As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of translation and localization projects with a focus on quality assurance.
This role involves coordinating multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project parameters. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for collaborating effectively with vendors, linguists, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage multiple translation and localization projects concurrently, maintaining accurate project documentation and adhering to IQVIA's standards.
* Client Liaison: Engage in client communication to assess project requirements and negotiate deadlines effectively.
* Vendor Selection: Evaluate project scope to select suitable vendors, leveraging negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes.
* Quality Control: Conduct meticulous reviews and verifications of documents, focusing on both linguistic and non-linguistic elements to uphold high-quality standards.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in Project Management within the Language Services industry.
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in a linguistic, business, or scientific field.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in an additional language would be beneficial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Additional Requirements:
* Demonstrated proficiency in TMS and CAT tools, with experience working with XTRF and/or memoQ being advantageous.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
