Role Overview
HCLTech is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Account Manager to support and grow enterprise customer relationships in the Melbourne market. The role will focus on account support, revenue growth, client engagement, and assisting senior sales leaders in driving strategic opportunities across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers / Sales Leaders in managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing enterprise customers.
* Assist in sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
* Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to create client-focused proposals.
* Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
* Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
* Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and prepare sales documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–6 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within IT services / technology / consulting.
* Exposure to enterprise clients preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Good understanding of enterprise technology services and solutions is desirable.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting enterprise accounts in ANZ region.
* Understanding of IT outsourcing, digital transformation, cloud, or engineering services.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
