**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate AOD Care Recovery Coordination Specialist to join our team. As an AOD Care Recovery Coordination Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing outreach and extending care and recovery support to clients at risk of overdose.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, person-centered planning, care and recovery coordination outreach support, and providing a range of counseling interventions, including comprehensive harm reduction interventions, complex case management, and linkages with other services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide outreach and engagement support to clients at risk of overdose
* Collaborate with clients, families, colleagues, stakeholders, and other service providers to achieve optimal outcomes
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with community agencies and organizations
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* Tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in the AOD sector
* Proven ability to work effectively with diverse client groups, including Aboriginal, culturally and linguistically diverse, and forensic clients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Satisfactory outcome of a confidential police check and working with children check
* Current Victorian driver's license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Eligibility to work in Australia
