Job Title: Main Workplace and Facilities Manager

1. Manage both hard and soft services, including maintenance, cleaning, catering, landscaping, and waste disposal across multiple locations.
2. Lead space planning, office moves, and workstation configurations to meet evolving business needs.
3. Ensure the office environment meets health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Australian regulations.
4. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance audits.
5. Oversee external vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance.
6. Support employee wellbeing through proactive office management, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
7. Act as the primary point of contact for staff queries or issues related to the office and remote working environments.
8. Create a welcoming, functional, and productive environment for a diverse workforce.
9. Partner with HR and department leads to support in-office and remote events, wellness programs, and hybrid working arrangements.
10. Maintain full compliance with occupational health and safety standards, fire codes, and building regulations.
11. Develop and manage emergency response procedures and ensure staff are trained.
12. Prepare reports on facilities performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
