**About the role**:

The IT Service Desk provides essential support to our client's IT Services environment. The successful applicant will have the following:
- Prior experience in IT Service Desk, call centre or administrative type of roles
- A strong customer focus and strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to answer phones confidently.
- Experience documenting incidents through the service management capability
- To be physically capable of moving and lifting equipment such as monitors, desk printers & other general IT assets
- Managing allocated workload and priorities on a day-to-day basis
