Solution Provider - Sales and Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary:
This role involves providing technical sales support to customers and internal teams, identifying business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in construction or industrial engineering, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with customers and internal teams to provide technical sales support.
* Develop and identify business opportunities by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
* Prepare and present solutions, quotes, and technical data to assist customers in decision-making.
* Visit construction sites to assess customer needs and gather information to create innovative solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate temporary works solutions.
* Conduct toolbox talks and provide on-site support to ensure safe and effective product use.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements:
* Technical sales or engineering background
* Ideal 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Experience in Construction, Industrial or Structural engineering, or related product solutions
* Ability to travel to various construction sites
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
