Some of the duties include operating switchboard, meet and greet clients, general office duties which include banking, typing, ordering stationery supplies and stocking, workplace housekeeping, opening files, checking and maintaining the accuracy of the client database and the list goes on. Training is on the job. The upkeep of these duties is vital for the smooth running of the office.
Requirements for the position:
* The successful applicant must be someone that takes pride in their appearance, be well presented, hardworking and always with a smile ready to greet the next client.
* Must have a pleasant telephone manner and voice.
* Completion of Year 12 is a pre-requisite.
* As the office is situated in Ron Penhaligon Way, Robina, a current driver's license and reliable vehicle is necessary for banking, mail collection etc.
* Be able to take instructions.
* Be a 'people person'.
* Intermediate level Microsoft Office experience is required.
* Experience in reception and basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred.
