About the Role
The Self Employment Assistance program is a unique opportunity to support entrepreneurs in developing their business ideas.
* Create and implement marketing strategies to engage potential participants
* Evaluate applicants based on their suitability for the program
* Help participants develop a comprehensive business plan aligned with industry standards
* Provide individualised coaching, guidance, and motivation to participants
* Maintain financial records and implement action plans as required
* Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
* Availability to work Full Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new participants
* Client Management: Assess applicant suitability, provide tailored coaching, and monitor progress
* Project Coordination: Manage participant training, mentoring, and program administration
