This role is based in Naarm-Melbourne and Warrang-Sydney.Your key responsibilitiesAssist clients with successful delivery of their business transformation projects across areas such as:Customer growth strategyCustomer experience design and implementationDigital transformationStrategic cost reduction and operational efficiencyProcess optimisation and ways of workingOperating model designDeliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through design and into implementation.Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals, and managing key relationships.What we look forTo be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience in delivering projects or programs involving business and/or technology transformation, preferably within the financial services environment.Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below, but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
