Who are we looking for?
We're currently seeking an
experienced property lawyer
for upcoming assignments involving
commercial leasing matters
. These roles are ideal for lawyers who thrive in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments and enjoy working on large-scale leasing projects. This lawyer and secondment will ideally be based in
Sydney
.
* Senior Solicitor to Senior Associate level
* Experience advising on real estate transactions, or strong transactional, property or commercial operations experience
* Exposure to acquisitions and divestments, including asset and business acquisitions
* Ability to oversee and advise on a portfolio of assets, including real property and operating businesses
* Familiarity with investment funds and asset management environments (preferred, but not essential
Key Requirements:
* 5–10 years PQE (we're open to strong candidates outside this range)
* Extensive experience in commercial leasing and property
* A tech-savvy and commercially minded approach
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate autonomously within an in-house setting
