Customer Experience Specialist
This is a full-time role that requires delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to respond to general queries, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers
* List to the client, understand their enquiry
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutions
* Confidentially capture/update information into our systems
* Schedule appointments between the client and our team of Therapists
Requirements:
* Prior experience in consultative sales skills
* Ability to multitask across different systems
* A high level of attention to detail and resourcefulness
* Knowledge of the NDIS and/or Medicare
* Compliance with Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check
