We are seeking a skilled Overnight Porter to join our team. As an Overnight Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel after hours.
Main Responsibilities:
* Guest Services:
o Provide accurate and informative responses to guest inquiries.
o Assist with guest luggage and deliveries as required.
* Communication and Teamwork:
o Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, Bell Captain, and Valet teams to ensure efficient guest arrivals, departures, and queries.
