Erina Leagues Club is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer growth, and loyalty engagement. You will work with the CEO and external providers to manage digital channels, marketing materials, and events, using patron data to guide decisions.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years marketing experience, strong digital and strategic skills, excellent communication, and a proven record of driving growth. A marketing degree or equivalent is advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Development of a strategically driven communications strategy.
* Initiate the development of an annual marketing plan, strategically engaging current & future patrons.
* Develop & execute campaigns to drive brand awareness & customer growth.
* Collaborate with the CEO on the management & engagement of a member‑based loyalty program.
* Analyse patron data & market research to encourage evidence‑based decision making.
* Monitor & report on marketing initiatives, whilst providing insights into optimising & improving future initiatives.
* Foster and champion internal staffing collaboration & engagement.
* Collaborate with an external provider on the development of marketing material, website maintenance, social media and other digital mediums.
* Represent the ELC at key community and industry events.
* Manage relationships with key partners & patrons.
* Manage & administer event sales.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years' experience in related positions, with strong strategy & digital marketing experience.
* Strong understanding of contemporary marketing strategies & practices.
* Strong written & verbal communication, and organisational skills.
* Proven track record of executing marketing strategies that have led to financial growth.
* Result driven person with strong analytical skills & experience in introducing, executing & optimising marketing plans whilst managing competing demands and deadlines.
* A degree (or equivalent) in marketing would be advantageous.
