 * Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to maintain consistent stock quality.
 * Determine menu pricing based on market analysis and operational goals.
 * Maintain accurate records of expenses, sales, and daily operations.
 * Promote a clean, safe, and healthy environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
 * Lead and train staff members to provide top-notch customer service and uphold high standards of performance.
 * Develop and implement effective roster management systems to align with peak periods and business needs.
 * Welcome guests warmly, assist during busy times, and address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
 * Monitor food quality and service delivery to meet customer expectations.
 * Oversee online order processing and takeaway services to ensure smooth operation and optimal customer satisfaction.
Necessary Qualifications
 * Hold a diploma in a related field or possess equivalent knowledge and experience.
 * A minimum of 4 years' experience in restaurant management or a related industry.
 * Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and foster collaborative environments.
