**Role Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage daily editorial operations across four leading B2B digital and print publications
- Recruit, supervise and mentor editorial staff
- Manage the workflow of monthly print magazines, ensuring the timely creation of the flat plan and commissioning of regular columns, articles, and features from both in-house staff and external contributors
- Proofread and edit daily content pieces to ensure they follow tone and style guides
- Implement best practices, workflows, tools and templates to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the digital and print publishing process
- Work collaboratively with sales and subscription teams
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a leadership role or editorial position in a digital and/or print publication
- Exemplary copywriting and editing skills
- Passion for digital and print media with a strong understanding of all major media platforms
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of projects and tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
