About the Role
We are currently seeking 2–3 compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to provide quality support to NDIS participants located in Tootgarook, and Seaford (VIC).
This role involves:
* Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
* Supporting community access and social engagement
* Promoting independence, safety, and participant choice
* Implementing behavioural support strategies where required
Shifts Available
* Minimum 3–4 days per week (flexibility required)
* Tuesday – full day availability essential
* Weekend – full day availability essential
* Day and evening shifts
* Passive sleepover shifts
Candidates must be flexible and available to work at least 4 days per week.
Pay Rate
$33 – $36 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
What We’re Looking For
✔ Female support workers (participant requirement)
✔ Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in disability support work
✔ Experience in personal care, manual handling, and community access support
✔ Familiarity with trauma-informed practice and behavioural support plans
✔ Reliable, compassionate, and able to build strong, trusting relationships
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Valid First Aid & CPR certification
✔ Relevant qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, or similar
