About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Payroll, you will play a key role in the delivery of end‐to‐end payroll operations across a large and complex workforce. You will also support ongoing systems and process initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday testing and UAT activities.
Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end payroll processing across a large employee base
* Support payroll compliance across awards, EBAs and legislative requirements
* Work closely with HR, Finance and external stakeholders
* Participate in Workday payroll projects, including UAT testing
* Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and process improvement initiatives
About You
* Proven end‐to‐end payroll experience within medium to large organisations
* Previous Workday exposure, including UAT/testing experience is essential
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
* Ability to work in fast‐paced and changing environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Immediately available or short notice preferred
