**About the role**
Northern NSW Local Health District's (NNSWLHD) Employee Relations team is seeking an Educator to join the team.
You will be responsible for undertaking the identification of need, delivery, coordination and implementation of a suite of training and education programs, related specifically to employee relations and people management. This will build NNSWLHD's workforce capability and support employee engagement to achieve business and service objectives.
