About the Opportunity
Lead our Supplier Onboarding/Offboarding and Buying Platform Uplift initiative—a key program designed to enhance the Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) cycle through smarter systems integration (Unimarket and D365) and streamlined business processes.
Your role as project finance lead will bring financial insight and operational expertise to improve procurement workflows, embed best practices, and support service delivery enhancements.

Location: BCEO Woolloongabba Work hours: 38 hours per week, flexible arrangements available Salary: $155,351 - $172,606 plus super (commensurate with experience) Employment type: Full Time Fixed Term/Variation (January 2026 – March 2026) Ad close date: 12 January 2026 Contact: Responsibilities Lead and deliver strategic objectives affecting organisational direction and goals, providing expert advice to enhance operational efficiencies.

Offer specialist guidance to improve organisational effectiveness and refine policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Conduct high‑level strategic analysis, producing insights and reports to support decision‑making and process optimisation.

Manage the implementation of approved procurement platforms, ensuring smooth transitions, stakeholder buy‑in and alignment with BCE's objectives.

Document and manage business process change, including impact assessment and change readiness activities.

Lead stakeholder engagement, staff training and embed new processes into daily operations.

Develop, implement and review strategic processes and procedures, including risk planning, contingency and change management.

Consult, collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Facilitate training and change‑enablement activities to ensure systems and processes are adopted.
Qualifications and Experience Experience in developing and reviewing strategic processes.

Responsibilities for implementation and delivery of strategic objectives.

Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.

Identify functional area needs for present and future.

Proven strategic financial leadership and process improvement experience.

Senior‑level stakeholder engagement across an organisation.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field highly desired.

Membership or eligibility for professional membership of CA/CPA or equivalent is mandatory.
Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
