* Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring high-quality production meets standards for events and daily service.
* Support food safety plans and maintain HACCP accreditation standards.

Requirements
* Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a resort or upscale restaurant setting, with ability to execute daily changing menus.
* Demonstrated expertise in South East Asian and/or Indian cuisines, with strong background in fine dining environments.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (can obtain if successful).
* Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
