Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities within target industries (IT, consulting, banking, government, etc.).
* Proactively make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients for recruitment services.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
* Meet with clients (virtually and in-person) to understand workforce needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
* Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and successful service delivery.
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
* Represent Zone IT Solutions professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the recruitment or staffing industry.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a growth mindset.
* Knowledge of recruitment processes, workforce solutions, or IT consulting will be highly regarded.
* Strong organizational and research skills to identify opportunities and build a pipeline.
