Experienced Scheduler
We seek a professional with experience in the residential construction sector looking to advance their career. This full‐time, office‐based role reports to the Scheduling Manager and focuses on accurately quantifying and ordering materials and labour for each residence project.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare full quantity take‐off and issue purchase orders for various construction types (double brick, timber framed, single‐storey, double‐storey, developments and commercial projects).
* Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and ensure they align with estimated costs and budgets.
* Price and process construction variations, communicating clearly with on‐site team members and office staff.
* Assist with queries from suppliers, Site Managers and the Construction Manager.
* Raise, manage and distribute purchase orders.
* Approve and process invoices for suppliers and sub‐contractors.
* Interpret construction documentation, including architectural plans, structural engineering drawings, addenda and specifications.

* Basic construction knowledge or construction administration experience.
