In this full-time role as a Senior Architect, based in our Adelaide studio, you will play a key role in delivering innovative architectural solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will contribute to the design and development of high quality projects across a range of sectors, collaborating with a talented interdisciplinary team that works nationally across Australia.
This is a role, in which you will be able to use your skills and knowledge in project leadership, engagement with clients and stakeholders, conceptual presentation and planning, design development and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities
* Deliver major community and health facilities, learning environments and sports projects
* Depending on your experience you could lead the design and development of architectural concepts and detailed plans for a variety of projects
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the project team to translate frequently complex requirements into functional designs that deliver well resolved architecture
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations and sustainability standards
* Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and documentation to support the construction process
* Provide technical advice and support to the project team throughout the construction phase
* Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and best practices in architecture
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and standards
Desirable Attributes
* Experience in health, community, sport and/or education project delivery.
* Masters of Architecture (or equivalent) at a recognisable Tertiary institution
* Senior Architect with minimum 10 years experience delivering significant scale or complex projects, ideally with health or sport project experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You will have evidence of proven time management skills in delivering projects on time, design thinking and architectural resolution.
* Strong technical skills in architectural design, including the use of Revit and other software
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
* Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
* Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations and sustainability standards
* Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric architectural solutions
