About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Finance and Administration team on a Fixed Term Contract basis to cover a maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams
Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly, and service levels are consistently maintained to a high standard
Coordinate with the Coogee transport team to ensure timely scheduling and dispatch of customer deliveries
Liaise with internal production teams to ensure adequate inventories are held to meet customer needs
Collaborate with the internal finance team to ensure the sales and invoicing cycle is completed accurately and on schedule
About You
We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who is:
Strongly focused on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently
Experienced in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced with finance or ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred; on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate
Self-motivated with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently or within a team environment
