This is a varied, community-based role where no two days look the same. You’ll manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team. You’ll work directly with participants in their everyday environments—home, school, or community—helping them build practical skills, independence, and confidence in line with their goals. What your day will look like You will: Deliver therapy supports to 3 - 4 participants per day in community settings Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans Work collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks Build strategies that are strengths-based, functional, and meaningful Support participants to develop independence and everyday life skills Work both autonomously in the community and as part of a highly supportive team
