As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being, care, and support of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality medical care, assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
You will also be responsible for wound management, developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions, conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration, knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
