We're seeking a Trainer Assessor to join our Training Services team in Bundaberg. In this role, you'll deliver accredited and/or non-accredited training, conduct assessments, and support participants on their journey toward employment or further education. You'll work in a collaborative environment with modern, up to date, well-equipped facilities, with developed course materials, and a supportive team that values excellence and compassion.


What You'll Do

* Deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) and competency-based assessments.
* Support students from enrolment through to completion and vocational placement.
* Maintain compliance with RTO standards and industry requirements.
* Stay current in your vocational area and contribute to course development.
* Be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the community.


What You Need

* Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‑on industry experience
* Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
* Experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable.
