As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless device configuration activities, delivering exceptional support services, and collaborating closely with our EUC configuration team.
* Perform device configuration tasks, including imaging and software deployment, to meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
* Support logistics and sales teams by carrying out stock picking, asset application, packaging, and data entry activities efficiently.
* Clean end-of-life devices and equipment to maintain a high standard of service quality.
Requirements:
* No prior work experience is required; we welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about technology and have a basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS.
* Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
* You should be able to follow repetitive processes accurately and possess a keen eye for detail.
* A proactive and can-do attitude, along with a willingness to learn and grow, is highly valued.
* As an Australian resident, you must be available to work full-time without any restrictions.
