Operations Supervisor Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the coordination and installation of our range of specialised products on customer sites.
* Plan, execute and supervise the installation of specialist structural and temporary works products
* Take responsibility for delivery of client solutions, delegate tasks, ensure safety, quality and monitor productivity
* Run prestart and toolbox meetings, manage customer site conditions, delays and customer expectations
* Demonstrate a Safety-First culture throughout the organisation
This is a hands-on role requiring multi-tasking, managing customer expectations and staff. Occasional remote travel may be required.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Strong construction site experience with a focus on dewatering
* Experience building relationships with customers and sub-contractors
* Experience in managing a team, delegating tasks and personnel supervision to meet project timelines
* Basic computer skills, ability to work on MS Word, Excel
You will also possess good planning and team leadership skills, the ability to work autonomously and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in dewatering & water treatment systems would be highly regarded.
