Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, generating leads, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Proficiency in Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing, and Market Analysis
- Strong Lead Generation and Sales Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and rural or pet-related markets is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (desired but not required)
