This is a 12 months max term or secondment opportunity. Do work that matters The Product & Solution Management Chapter is committed to the learning, development and growth of Chapter members. You will report directly to the Chapter Area Lead, Product & Solution Management, and have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Product Owner, Customer Choices and Status Tracking Enhance and deliver the end-to-end product roadmap and strategy Work with a diverse range of stakeholder s to deliver market leading customer experiences and risk & regulatory obligations Lead 6-8 product managers Develop product management capability and coach chapter members to reach their potential, directly influencing the performance and career outcomes of your chapter members. Contribute to and influence outcomes for the Home Buying Chapter Area as a member of the product chapter leadership team Role-model and e mbed the product mindset and unlock the benefits of product discovery for the Chapter and the Crew. Lead the adoption of AI tools to drive efficiencies and improve customer outcomes across the Chapter Area. More specifically, you will: Lead and execute multiple prioritised initiatives to achieve business outcomes Iterate and enhance the customer experience using a data-driven and collaborative approach to i dentify and deliver initiatives that solve customer problems Discover and experiment to ensure every initiative and new and emerging ideation is delivering value to customers, partners and shareholders. Identify, articulate and manage risks, obligations and regulatory requirements to reach timely decisions Apply Business Acumen, Leadership, Change Management and Project Management experience to determine optimal approach in project execution. Lead 6-8 Chapter members, including recruitment, development and coaching to realise their full potential. Drive and uplift product management capabilities and skillset for the Product and Solution Management Chapter.
