Position Summary: Join our Ladies and Gentlemen in serving our guests by explaining the facilities available and exceeding their expectations. Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively, creating memorable experiences. Supervise the pool and gym areas to ensure safety rules are followed. Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor pool conditions and report any safety hazards. Ensure gym equipment is clean, organized, and in good working condition. Maintain cleanliness of the pool, locker rooms, and gym areas. Replenish towels and amenities in the pool, locker rooms, and gym areas. Provide basic information about facility rules, schedules, and services. Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to management. Assist with opening and closing duties of the facilities. Weekend work is essential.
