The Role:
The Senior Business Analyst will perform deep analysis using the last 12 months data from ServiceNow and provide recommendations to take corrective and preventive actions.
The Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed data analysis using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
* Lead the investigation and root cause analysis of IT incidents, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
* Assess and prioritise competing demands by clearly distinguishing between strategic initiatives and tactical operational activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Develop and maintain structured problem resolution roadmaps, taking into account priorities, dependencies, criticality, and overall business value to drive efficient and effective outcomes.
* Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise insights and present analysis, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required:
* A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in analysing data to provide improvement plans.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain comprehensive Business Analysis Plans, ensuring clear scope, approach, and stakeholder alignment.
* Proven experience conducting root cause analysis and producing detailed recommendations reports that drive effective problem resolution and continuous improvement.
* Experience supporting Project Managers with the preparation of governance packs, including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and stakeholder updates.
* Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and fit-for-purpose artefacts to support day-to-day analysis activities.
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with project timelines and business needs.
