The Role
As the IT Change Manager, you will:
* Manage and coordinate change management across all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
* Lead CAB meetings and ensure changes align with organisational processes
* Assess changes for technical feasibility, risks, and business impact
* Track progress and provide regular updates to management
* Maintain a change calendar with key dates and planned outages
* Define roles, responsibilities, and approval steps within the change process
* Deliver training and guidance to IT, Cyber, and business users on change protocols
The Ideal Person
You will have at least 3 years' experience as an IT Change Manager or in a similar role with ITIL certification.
Ideally, you will have experience in defence settings, secured environments or a federal government agency with classified system change management principles.
You will have a strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. You can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships at multiple levels.
A team player mindset, a proactive approach to continuous learning and sharing best practices will set you up for success in this role.
You must be an Australian citizen and an active NV1 security clearance will be highly regarded.
Salary / Rate
* $135k - $140k + 13.5% Super
* Additionally, they offer 6 weeks' annual leave and free parking
