With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and operational performance, they are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their team in Port Hedland. Description Reporting to the Operations or Technical Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating maintenance planning, repairs, servicing, and compliance activities across operational assets and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating planned and breakdown maintenance activities Scheduling contractors, tooling, equipment, and maintenance resources Maintaining maintenance schedules and technical documentation Supporting compliance with operational and safety standards Coordinating major maintenance works and out-of-service periods Monitoring asset reliability and operational availability Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders Supporting inventory and parts coordination for maintenance activities Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting systems Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operational processes Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently Supporting compliance with relevant marine, safety, and operational requirements What’s on Offer Permanent full-time opportunity Competitive salary package based on experience Opportunity to work within a stable and well-established operation Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to marine, maintenance, and operational coordination activities Long-term career growth opportunities within a fast-paced operational environment Opportunity to live and work in the Pilbara region Profile The successful candidate will be a proactive and organised maintenance or technical coordination professional with strong communication skills and previous experience working within a fast-paced operational environment. You will bring: Previous experience in maintenance coordination, technical support, or maintenance planning Exposure to marine, transport, industrial, or heavy operational environments Experience using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as AMOS, MEX, MPM, or similar Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Understanding of maintenance scheduling and operational planning processes Current C Class Driver’s Licence Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) Relevant Trade Qualification, Diploma, or Degree highly regarded Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements Interested?
