Our client, a leader in the field for over 40 years, is seeking a proactive and versatile professional to join their team in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. This position offers variety and the opportunity to build a broad skillset across administration project coordination and digital initiatives.
Working closely with the General Manager and collaborating across the wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations while contributing to projects spanning HR, WHS, quality, digital systems and marketing. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has an eye for detail as it is heavily compliance focussed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level administrative support to the GM and broader team
* Assist with projects across HR, WHS, quality and business operations
* Maintain internal systems in line with ISO standards, including registers and meeting minutes
* Manage and update digital filing systems (e.g. Dynamics CRM)
* Provide backup support for customer service, invoicing and sales reporting
* Coordinate marketing and social media activities, liaising with external providers
* Support the implementation of AI and digital tools across the business
About You
* 3–5 years' experience in administration and/or project coordination
* Highly organised with strong multitasking capabilities
* Excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured processes (ISO experience advantageous)
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Adaptable, with a genuine interest in learning and development
* Interest in marketing or digital coordination is highly regarded
* Must have full Australian working rights
