We have a rare opportunity to welcome a new designer into our core team.
We're looking for a Senior Designer, or an exceptional Mid-weight Designer ready to step up to join our talented senior creative team. You'll work closely with our Creative Director over the next 12 months on contract, based from our Prahran studio, with strong potential for growth and long-term opportunities within the business.
This role doesn't come around often. Our current design team are all celebrating four-plus years with the studio this year. This is a reflection of the culture, the calibre of work, and the trust we place in our people.
About the work
We specialise in place, property, lifestyle, and tech, partnering with an impressive and diverse suite of clients. Our projects are concept-led and design-driven, spanning brand, campaign, digital, and experience.
What we're looking for
* Strong conceptual thinking with refined execution
* Experience across brand, digital, and campaign design
* Property sector experience highly regarded
* Confidence in digital delivery and systems
* Comfortable collaborating within a senior creative team
* A designer who brings craft, curiosity, and considered thinking to every brief
How we'll know you're the one
* 5+ years' experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role, ideally within an agency or studio environment
* A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail across a diverse range of projects
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with Figma highly regarded
* Extensive knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout systems
* Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident in articulating and selling design concepts to both clients and internal teams
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
* Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative, considered solutions
* Experience in brand strategy and development, with a deep understanding of how design shapes and strengthens brand identity
