Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including psychologists, rehab counselors & social workers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
* Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
* Provide expert guidance through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
* Evaluate clinical and commercial goals, ensuring quality work and reporting that supports quality objectives.
* Conduct assessments and provide injury-style counseling to individuals facing sudden changes in circumstances to help them reach new career goals.
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes.
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
Minimum Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work (Master's Degree).
* Registration with ASORC, AASW, or AHPRA.
* A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
