With continual growth and a reputation for quality craftsmanship and service, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Soldering Technician / Production Team Member to join our dynamic team in our fast-paced manufacturing facility on the Gold Coast.
This position operates on day shift only.
About the Role
You'll be working as part of a skilled production team manufacturing high-quality, custom cooling solutions.
Your duties will include:
Precision soldering and welding of metal components
Minimum 1-2 years of soldering experience is required
Assembly of product parts and components
Working with sheet metal and heat exchange materials
Testing and quality control of finished products
Operating a robotic welder and other manufacturing equipment
General warehousing and material handling tasks
Performing ad hoc duties as required
About You
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Have experience in soldering (preferably within manufacturing or metalwork)
Be reliable, adaptable, and safety-conscious
Take pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
Work well as part of a team and support your colleagues
Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Be comfortable working in warm temperature environments
Show a willingness to learn and grow with a company that values its people
Have 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience
