Hours: Full-time, Hybrid working
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our Wodonga-based Supply Chain team — the heart of where collaboration meets purpose.
In this role, you’ll be the voice and face of our customers within the business, ensuring their needs are front and center in every Supply Chain decision.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to make sure every order flows seamlessly from factory to customer — because great service is what fuels our growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own the order journey from start to finish — ensuring every order flows smoothly, accurately, and right on time to meet customer expectations.
- Be the go-to contact for our customers, responding to queries with confidence, care, and quick problem-solving across multiple communication channels.
- Champion customer-centric thinking across Mars Petcare — helping shape decisions that put our customers (and their pets!) first.
- Spot issues before they become problems, elevate when needed, and follow through until a solution is delivered — because great service is all about finishing strong.
- Build meaningful relationships with key accounts, tailoring your approach to give them a personalised, seamless experience at every touchpoint.
- Work hand-in-hand with our warehouse and transport partners to coordinate accurate, high-quality, on-time deliveries.
- Jump in to support your teammates during peak periods, embodying the collaborative spirit that keeps our customer service engine running smoothly.
Your experience and passion:
- A passion for creating stand-out customer experiences — you thrive on getting the details right and keeping things moving. (Bonus points if you have SAP experience).
- Top-notch communication skills — you're confident, clear, and enjoy connecting with people at all levels, inside and outside the business.
- Tech‑savvy and nimble, you’re comfortable navigating multiple systems and channels at once.
- A natural multitasker who knows how to prioritise, hit targets, and stay cool under pressure.
- A can‑do mindset with a sharp eye for detail, always ready to jump in and make things happen.
- A true team player who values collaboration, flexibility, and supporting others when it counts.
- Quick on your feet, with robust problem‑solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in the moment.
- An interest in how Supply Chain comes together, with some knowledge of the order life cycle being a welcome plus.
