Project Controls Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee project schedules, cost control, change management, and project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, cost estimation, and risk management. They will be responsible for preparing comprehensive management reports, project documentation, and technical audits.
* Develop and manage project schedules using project management tools.
* Perform detailed cost analyses, develop cost estimates, and manage project budgets.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Resolve delay claims and manage construction disputes according to international practices.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
* Certification in project management or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
* Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices beneficial.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Minimum of 5 years in project control and cost engineering roles.
* Experience in infrastructure and mining projects.
