Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality driver education to individuals, helping them develop protected driving skills and confidence on the road.
* Utilize your knowledge and experience to guide learners through each stage of their driver training.
* Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring students receive comprehensive instruction.
* Maintain a late model vehicle in excellent condition, preferably a 2019 model or newer.
* Set your own flexible working hours (minimum of 20 hours required) to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle.

* Collaborate with the Onroad team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in driver education.
Requirements
* Currently qualified as a driving instructor is preferred, but we can fast-track your driving instructor course through our sister company, Academy of Road Safety.
* Enroll in Cert IV in Transport and Logistics - Car Driving Instruction at Academy of Road Safety if not already qualified.
* Possess a genuine passion for driving and teaching others.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
* Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and ability to provide constructive feedback.
* Strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and student appointments effectively.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring student satisfaction.
