Change Lead
The Reserve Bank of Australia is a prominent financial institution seeking an exceptional Change Lead to join the Future Hub Change team. This pivotal role will shape the future of our iconic Australian institution.

* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, integrating project streams with detailed change plans.
* Provide end-to-end change leadership services, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, gap analysis, and transition planning.
* Utilise structured approaches to identify and proactively manage risks and issues associated with change.
* Prepare materials to build awareness and understanding of new monetary policy processes, frameworks, and engagement models.
* Collaborate with program teams to ensure objectives are met.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Extensive experience leading organisations through complex transformations, with multiple work streams.
* At least 5 years' change experience, preferably in the financial sector.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and own change management strategies.
* Excellent writing and presentation skills.
* The ability to independently identify, analyse, and solve problems using logical, systematic, and sequential approaches.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders.
* Experience and exposure to agile ways of working is highly desirable.
About You
You will be part of the Bank's ePMO Change Practice but on a day-to-day level, report to the Future Hub. Your team consists of people from various parts of the Bank, and you will be part of an exciting programme of work within a dynamic and evolving culture.
Working in an Agile environment, you will have opportunities to work across multiple streams to gain exposure to all parts of the Bank.
