Leadership Role in Early Childhood Education

Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily centre activities, manage staff performance, and maintain positive relationships with parents and the community.
* Mentor and support educators, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to grow professionally and deliver high-quality education.
* Develop engaging programs that cater to children's diverse needs, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
* Evaluate and mitigate risks, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.
* Cultivate a collaborative culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Essential Requirements:
* A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a licensed childcare setting, demonstrating expertise in centre management and team leadership.
* A valid Working with Children Check.
* Ongoing commitment to professional growth and self-development.
